Aridge

XPulse, updated October 18, 2026, describes Aridge (formerly XPeng AeroHT) as He Xiaopeng's affiliate and not an XPeng subsidiary. It says the CAAC accepted a type-certificate application for the Land Aircraft Carrier's aircraft on March 21, 2024, and accepted a production-certificate application on May 9, 2025. Neither acceptance is an issued certificate. XPulse says founder Zhao Deli moved first deliveries to 2027 and that there would be none in 2026. That delivery year is a target.
